Register your properties on our platform. We need basic details such as address, construction type, heating system type, number of bathrooms etc.
Invite your tenants by email, SMS, Whatsapp, or QR Code. The link is tailored to them and linked directly to the specific property they're renting. They'll then create an account with us, or add the property to an existing account.
When something needs doing, either you or your tenants can request it. If you request it we'll quote a price, and if you agree then your tenants will get a notification that they need to pick a date & time that suits them.
If your tenants notice a problem, they can report it directly in the app. This will then be auto quoted and the quote sent directly to you for approval or query, removing the middleman and vastly reducing the amount of time you have to spend resolving issues.
